View DetailsA swag of popular horse–riding trails varies in duration from one to six hours and together cover a diverse range of terrain, from river valley meadows, old-growth forest and Jurassic fern gardens to glacial river crossings and abandoned gold mines.
The Tent in the Tree trail is perfect for beginners, slowly looping through lush rainforest along the Bedwell River. Advanced riders may opt for an additional challenge, venturing across the running river to Walter Guppy’s abandoned cabin in the woods. Keep an eye out for black bears snacking on salmonberries by the waters edge.
Please note, horse riding is only available for those twelve years and older. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
